Fine Arts Festival Coordinator
The coordinator is responsible for planning the annual Fine Art Festival, procuring the guest artists to conduct the art lessons to each grade, scheduling a group assembly, and securing parent volunteers to support the needs of the event.
The coordinator will work with the PPTC Board for any expense approvals that exceed the annual budget, and make recommendations for budget changes for the following year. Questions and concerns should be directed to the Second VP.
The Art in Action program as a classroom instructor for PPTC funded K-5 monthly art instruction (for more information, please visit www.artinaction.org ). Material and supplies are provided by the PPTC and Art in Action program.
